How the session unfolds, step by step
I come to your room with everything needed: oils, towels and whatever is required to prepare the space. Before we start we talk for a few minutes with both of you: how you are, what you are looking for and what you would rather avoid. That way neither of you is left wondering halfway through.
With the lights low and the oils already warm, the ritual begins with long, slow strokes so the body understands there is no rush. From there I work with both of you, alternating and synchronising the techniques so you reach the same point of relaxation at the same time.
Ninety minutes allow every phase without cutting any of them short. The last minutes are for closing: very light touch and a moment of silence, so the session ends gently rather than stopping abruptly.
